Julianne Hatton

I'm a Chartered Accountant turned executive recruiter. I trained at KPMG, founded Career Compass in Dublin in 2006, and I place finance leaders with family offices, private equity-backed businesses and owner-managed firms in Ireland.

Over two decades I've built a network of senior contacts across private equity, corporate finance, financial services, family offices, property and investment banking. Much of my work comes through referrals.

I work with a select number of clients at a time. Finding the right person for a client and the right role for a candidate matter equally to me, because that is when the best results follow.

I speak fluent French and German. Outside work I'm a mum, a keen yogi and a fan of Fitter Faster Stronger.
