The Challenge
The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping the retail banking strategy of the business. Key components of the role will include:
• Conduct market research and analysis and generate strategic insights to guide management team.
• Develop strategy based on research and report to senior management team.
• Manage multiple stakeholders across the business to achieve performance goals.

The Candidate
• Excellent academic record
• Minimum 3 years experience in Financial Services / Retail Banking / Management Consulting
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent presentation skills
