Our client, a leading international aircraft leasing firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on transaction-driven legal advice on a variety of high profile aircraft trading activities; acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments and sale leasebacks
Support a range of financing activities; debt and equity financing including secured and unsecured capital markets transactions, portfolio financing facilities and securitizations

Skills Required:

Excellent academics
Law firm asset or corporate finance experience
Relevant in-house experience a benefit but not essential
4+ years relevant post qualification experience
Public debt and equity experience a plus
