The Client

Our client is a high profile well established alternative investment manager with US$5bn + in assets under management.

Due to the current stage in the Irish commercial real estate market and availability of funds they now seek to establish a strong foothold in the Irish market.

Investment appraisal and directing

Working to strict deadlines

  • managing large volumes to meet short timelines with a focus on high level of quality

Business development

  • establish and penetrate our clients brand, knowledge, expertise to position them for loan syndication and
  • on-going liaison and correspondence with mortgage brokerage community as well as borrower contact to facilitate the origianiot of new mortgage loans

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be very well connected and regarded in the Irish real estate market, who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

With signifgant large ticket direct commercial real estate lending experience the successful candidate will be experienced across valuations, financial analysis, excel modelling and management of due diligence assingements. Candidate will have a min of 10 years experience in the Irish commercial real estate lending market.

The Compensation

This is a key hire for our client, remuneration will reflect the seniority of the role and which will include basic salary plus incentive driven bonus.
