Corporate Finance – Associate Director

The Challenge

Working across a broad spectrum of sector and transactions the candidate will work in a busy team environment with the following work flow:
Advising on M&As, IPOs, Public and Private Fundraisings and debt advisory
Business development through leveraging off existing contacts, attending industry events and maintaining relationships of existing clients
Preparation of pitch books, deal information internally and externally
Ongoing research and identification of opportunities

The Candidate

Well presented, interpersonally strong candidate with a background in Finance, gained through ACA qualification or M.BS/ M.Sc. in a Financial Discipline. First rate financial appraisal and modelling skills essential. A min of 3 years experience working in a similar capacity.
