Our client, a leading Irish corporate finance advisor, is seeking to hire a Corporate Finance Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, IPO’s, public and private fundraisings, capital markets, debt advisory as well as the provision of strategic advice
Research and identification of corporate transactions and financing opportunities
Building and developing complex transaction and financing models
Preparation of pitch books and presentations and delivering presentations to clients

Skills Required:

Excellent academic background including a minimum of 2:1 Honors degree in a Finance / Quantitative / Business Studies discipline
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and word
Minimum of 4 years Corporate Finance Experience
