Our client, an award winning international corporate finance advisory firm, is seeking to hire a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Work directly throughout all phases of transactions, from initiation to execution
Undertake detailed market research on companies and sectors
Prepare financial models and analytical support for transactions
Perform detailed financial statement analysis
Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda and management presentations in support of transactions
Assisting in the due-diligence process of the transaction

Skills Required:

Strong academic background including a minimum of 2:1 Honors degree in a Finance / Quantitative / Business Studies discipline
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and word
