Our client is a high profile well established PLC with international operations. Operating in the software and services solutions business, the Board now seek to hire a CFO to accompany the business to its next level of growth.

With an ambitions and attainable growth target the CFO will hold a Board seat and work with the Senior Management team on commercial and strategic decisions. In addition to managing the Finance team in the production of accurate, timely quarterly and statutory reports the CFO will play a key role in the negotiation and implementation of new supplier and customer arrangements and associated SLAs. In addition to working to expand the client's portfolio on road shows, meeting existing and potential customers the CFO will work with other Board members in setting long term objectives.

The ideal candidate will be currently working at a Senior Finance level in a large company, with experience managing a team or as Group Financial Controller of a large PLC with readiness to bring his or her career to the next level.
