Our client, a global leader in the aircraft leasing industry, is looking to hire a Transaction Lawyer to join their legal team.

Responsibilities:

Managing transactions through documentation phase to contract signature and closing
Representing the company in contract negotiations with airlines, banks, aircraft buyers and sellers, manufacturers and maintenance providers
Co-ordinating and managing input from technical, credit, finance and commercial departments into transaction negotiation and documentation

Skills Required:

Qualification as a solicitor or barrister is desirable
Experience in managing and negotiating commercial transactions (preferably relating to leased or financed assets)
Excellent transaction management skills
